My educational background: Malone College, Early Childhood Education, B.S.
  
My hobbies: I enjoy taking walks with my husband and dog, shopping, reading and scrapbooking.
  

Why I love Malone:  I love Malone because the relationships and community that I formed while I was a student.  I also love Malone because it has continually challenged me in my faith.  "Christ's Kingdom First" is our motto that is lived out in the lives of the people on our campus!
  

My favorite food:  Chips and salsa is one of my favorite snacks!  I love to top it off with an ice cold diet coke!
  
One of my favorite Malone memories:  I have lots of favorite memories from my time at Malone, and it's hard to pick just one!  My favorite moments at Malone always include my friends.  While I was a student my residence hall won the Davenport Derby (a couch race!)
 
My favorite music or group:  I love worship music.  Chris Tomlin and David Crowder Band are two of my favorites.


My scripture for you:  "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:6-7

The college search process can be exciting and overwhelming.   There are so many questions and concerns that one has to wonder where and how to begin.   First, let me say Thank You for including Malone in your search!  Through this very exciting process, I am here to partner with you and your family to help answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding Malone College.
 
Second, God tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." 
 
During my college search, I was drawn to the idea of a Christian College.  I desired a place to grow spiritually, emotionally and academically.  I found all three of those things at Malone.  I found friendships that will last an eternity, an education that will help me to be successful, and a new depth in my relationship with Christ.  My experience at Malone was a blessing!
 
I am praying for you!  Again- I know that the search process is exciting and overwhelming, but I believe that God will reveal to you where he wants you to be.  Cling to Him through this process, and I know He will not lead you down the wrong path.
