Why I chose Malone College:

In searching for a college to attend, I wanted a Chrisitan School.  The first time I visited Malone, it was exactly what I was searching for.  The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted, with a strong presence of spiritual and evangelical qualities.  I felt it was a place where I could learn to serve Christ.  As I got to know students on campus, I realized that Malone was different than other schools I was looking at.  The students were friendly, and I felt that I had the chance to interact with them on a deeper level than I would at another school.

Hobbies:
  • Playing guitar
  • Jamming to music
  • Hanging out with friends
  • Meeting new people and going places
  • Playing video games
  • Kicking around a soccer ball (Just for fun!)
  • Playing Sloth, a combination of rugby, soccer, and football
What I like about Malone:

I like my professors, and the availability they have to work on a one to one basis with me.  Along with my professors, I enjoy the student body, and the friends I have made.  It is easy to connect with people here and share your life with them, knowing who you can go to and talk about a bad day or just have fun with.  There are so many opportunities here on campus, to be involved, to make friends,  for leadership, and for internships.  Malone is rich with opportunities embedded in secure Christian environment that encourages students to reach out to those around them.

Advice to High School Students:

Do not procrastinate, manage your time well!  Trust God- He will give you the strength to do whatever He asks of you.  Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
