	The Malone women’s golf program was initiated in the 1999-2000 year and qualified as a team to the NAIA National Championships in just its second season of competition (spring 2001), finishing in 17th place at the national event. The team is a two-time qualifier to the NAIA national event and also qualified an individual to the national tourney in its inaugural season.
