The Malone women’s golf program was initiated in the 1999-2000 year and qualified as a team to the NAIA National Championships in just its second season of competition (spring 2001), finishing in 17th place at the national event. The team is a two-time qualifier to the NAIA national event and also qualified an individual to the national tourney in its inaugural season. Led by fourth-year head coach Max Baker, the team finished third among a seven-team field in its most recent AMC/NAIA Region IX Tournament.
