Loretta Reinhart

Welcome to the Master of Science in Nursing!
Thank you for your interest in the graduate nursing program at Malone College.  The MSN program is brand new (2002) and growing!  We are eager to talk with you about the program.  Please accept my invitation to one of the MSN Information meetings, the dates and times are posted on this web site, and then contact the School of Nursing (330-471-8366) to register for the meeting.  Should you not be able to attend an Information meeting at any given date, then contact the School of Nursing to arrange a time for an individual appointment.  We look forward to meeting you!

Graduate students are admitted to a lock-step class with one class of no more than 24 students starting each Fall semester.  Students move through the program together with each BSN RN selecting either the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track or the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) track.  The program provides diverse opportunities for you to advance your practice and scholarly endeavors as you complete the studies during the 24-month period.

As you know, these are opportune times for nurses to advance their career and their education.  I challenge you to move ahead with your professional goals and offer strong advice to check out our program before making a decision about graduate studies.
