I have been fortunate to be one of three partners in the environmental consulting firm Environmental Science and Planning, LLC (ESP).  We are a turnkey consulting firm specializing in wetland investigations (determinations, delineations, hydrology, mitigation), lake and stream studies, hydrogeological investigations, feasibility analyses, corrective actions, permitting, environmental compliance audits, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for the purposes of acquisition and divestiture.  ESP consists of myself, and:

Dr. Richard Laton.   Dr. Laton received his  Ph.D. in Hydrogeology at Western Michigan University and is both a partner of ESP and a professor of geology at California State University - Fullerton. 

Dr. Alan Hascall.  Dr. Hascall received his Ph.D. in Hydrogeology at Western Michigan University and is President of ESP and specializes in wetland projects.

We are available for all types of environmental consulting projects and we would be pleased to offer a proposal.  We are fully insured (errors and omissions professional liability insurance, vehicle, etc.).  We offer very competitive pricing and high levels of professionalism throughout all aspects of the project.  We have been consulting since the 1980's and have an excellent relationship with the state and federal regulatory agencies.  We are also a Qualified Underground Storage Tank Consultant in Michigan and have a Certified Underground Storage Tank Professional (Chris Carmichael) on staff.  This qualification/certification is through the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.  We look forward to discussing your environmental needs at any time.
