Once I decided to pursue Sports Ministry, I did a lot of research to find the program that would be best for me, and I determined that Malone was the place. I have continued to find each class, professor, and project rewarding.
Having just recently received my bachelor's degree, I am one of the younger students in the program. Yet I am both excited and challenged by the diversity and varied experiences of other students. The atmosphere is small enough for everyone to know each other and learn from the life experiences of others. Class size also enables the professors to get to know your personal motivations and challenge you to succeed.
From the Biblical Interpretation class to Old Testament, and Spiritual Growth and Worship, I think that all the classes will prepare me to share my faith at home and abroad as I continue with my mission. |

The vision of AIS is to see Christian women players at every level of football impacting their teams, homes, communities, churches, country and world for Christ. Through my studies I came to appreciate that the disciple Paul was probably one of the first ministers in sports, due in part to his involvement with the Ancient games. It was fascinating to research and write a paper about the athletic references in Scripture.
Speak to others in the program and the professors, and consider sitting in on a class. Most importantly, pray for God's guidance. |
