Graduate Registration Procedures

Pre-registration (click here for dates)

Pre-Registration is for current, students to secure courses for the semester.  No payment is required at the time of pre-registration.  Financial Aid forms and company reimbursement policies must be on file if applicable.  Click here for a printable  Pre-Registration Form
Step 1:  Pre-Registration is the process of selecting and requesting courses.  The Program Directors or Director of Graduate Admissions and Students Services are available to advise regarding course selection.
 
Note: Pre-Registration is subject to cancellation for students whose tuition has not been paid or appropriately settled (See Step 3)

Step 2:  Students who have pre-registered will receive an invoice and class schedule with room assignments from the Business Office.  Paying the required tuition and fee payment by the due date will complete the registration process.  Students who do not pre-register must go through the regular registration process (See Step 3).

Step 3: Students who have not participated in pre-registration must register and make payment to the Business Office during regular registration in the Graduate Office.

  • Regular Registration is for all students who did not pre-register.  
  • Registration is processed in person in the Graduate Office .

Change of Registration
A request for Add/Drop must be communicated to Graduate Admissions and Student Services.  Click here for a printable Change of Registration Form.
Withdrawing From Classes*
A request for withdrawal must be received in writing using the form provided in the Graduate Office .  Unofficial withdrawals forfeit refunds and receive grade of “F”.  Click here for a printable Withdrawal Notice.
Tuition and Refund Deadlines
In case of withdrawal, the following percentage of the charge for each term, tuition only, will be credited to the student's account.
        100%                First Week
          66%                Second Week
          33%                Third Week
        No Refund      After Third Week

Financial Aid will be returned according to federal guidelines for students who withdraw.  To be officially withdrawn from the program, the student must complete and return a withdrawal form. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal.
