Hershel Hill ’36 has pastored Friends meetings in Indiana, North Carolina, and Virginia, and was General Superintendent of the North Carolina Yearly Meeting. Hershel and his wife, Janetta (Messner) ’36 Hill have volunteered with cancer and Alzheimer’s Disease patients for a number of years. They live at The Village at Woods Edge in Franklin, Virginia.
