Responsibilities
  • Online and ground classroom Instruction in the Managment Porgram
  • Successful candidate will teach courses in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory and Design,
    Management and Supervision, and Business Ethics and Personal Values.
  • Other faculty responsibilities in institutional service and scholarship.
 
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field; doctorate preferred, required at the time of tenure 
  • Practical management experiences
  • Experience with adult education
  • Deep personal commitment to Jesus Christ and an understanding of and commitment to the integration of faith and learning
Malone College Management Program
MCMP is an established and successful degree completion program begun in 1984 and currently serving students on the main campus in Canton, two centers (Brecksville and Boardman, Ohio), and online.  Over 3,000 students have successfully completed the program since 1984.  The accelerated degree completion program has three tracks: Organizational Management, Systems Management, and Marketing Management.  The program is also available online.

Malone College 
Malone College is a Christian college for the arts, sciences, and professions, in the liberal arts tradition.  The College is affiliated with the Evangelical Friends Church-Eastern Region. The students, faculty and staff represent more than 35 denominations.  Total enrollment is approximately 2,400 students, with 1,500 undergraduates as well as adult degree-completion programs and graduate programs.
