Edward Morris,

Edward Morris is president and CEO of the E.C. Morris Corp., which he founded in 1978. Previously, Mr. Morris served as plant engineer and a senior sales representative for Exxon Chemical Co. He was also the chairman of the Yale-Dawson Rubber Company, a 200+ employee manufacturing company in Dawson, Georgia.

In recognition of his entrepreneurial skills, Mr. Morris has received numerous awards from the State of Ohio, Case-Western Reserve, the University of Cleveland, and local organizations. He was a finalist in the Inc. magazine “Entrepreneur of the Year” award. His company has been recognized as one of the fastest growing industrial companies in Northern Ohio and was awarded this honor four consecutive years by the Weatherhead 100 Club. The Governor of Ohio has issued a proclamation citing both Mr. Morris and his company for their societal contributions. Currently, he is serving the second term of a two-year term as executive-in-residence at Malone College. In this capacity, Mr. Morris meets with Malone faculty as well as business students in the undergraduate program, the Malone College Management (adult degree completion) program, and the master's in business administration program, and serves on the School of Business's advisory board.

| Mr. Morris is a 1970 electrical engineering graduate of Southern University, A&M College. He has also completed the Minority Executive Business Programs at Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Advanced Management Education Program at the Kellogg School of Business of Northwestern University.

Mr. Morris was one of the founding members of Emmanuel Christian Academy of Akron. He served as chairman for seven years and still contributes to the institution. He has also served on numerous boards of various organizations including Malone College and participates in many local civic organizations.
