Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are having problems with any of the technology on campus. 
 
The  Information Technologies Department office is located on the northeast side of Haviland Hall. 
Office Hours:  Monday - Friday,  8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
 
You can submit your question or request in one of three ways:

2.      E-mail:  helpdesk@malone.edu
3.      Log into our web help desk system at www.malone.edu/helpdesk
  • Log in using your network username and password.
  • Specify the problem type within the assigned ticket.  The ticket you create will auto-assign  to the appropriate IT Staff.
  • To check the status of a ticket, select the history icon within the Help Desk System.
NOTE: In past years, the Information Technologies Dept. enforced a policy to block student PCs which were infected with viruses or other types of malware (bad software).  This was to protect the network as well as other student PCs.  Because of infrastructure upgrades, we will no longer need to do this.  If, for some reason, we are forced to block a computer or computer port, we will inform the student in person or by leaving a note on his/her residence hall door.
 
If you are having problems getting connected to the network or are not able to access the Internet, please contact the IT Help Desk to request assistance.
