Navy Nurse Candidate Program - Must be enrolled full-time or accepted into an accredited Nursing program that confers a Baccalaureate Degree. Attend a school that does not have a Naval Reserve Officer's Training (NROTC) Program. Completed the second year of Baccalaureate Program in Nursing and have more than six months of academic work before graduation. Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Contact Carla A. Naval Reserve Officers Training Corp (NROTC) - Must be U.S. citizen. Be 17 years old by September 1st of the year starting college and less than 23 on June 30 of that year. High school graduate or possess equivalency certificates by August 1st of the same year entrance into the four-year NROTC Scholarship Program is anticipated.
