Kappa Delta Pi Society International - The Stark County members of this international honorary society of educators offer $800 in financial assistance to selected students who are engaged in the student teaching experience, have maintained a 3.0 GPA and have graduated from a Stark County high school. The Massillon Educational Loan Foundation - To provide low-interest student loans to qualified high school or college students in Western Stark County who have a desire for higher education. Western Stark County includes students who reside in Massillon, Perry, Tuslaw, Fairless, Jackson and Northwest school districts and attend those schools or accredited private schools in those areas. Cleveland Scholarship Programs - For adults who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any field other than education. Pursuing a Master's degree in Education and/or Provisional Licensure in Education. Maintained 2.5 cumulative grade point average during undergraduate studies, and a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in post-bachelor or graduate studies. Taking a minimum of 6 credit hours per term. Emphasis on those interested in teaching math, science, special ed, and/or in an urban environment. www.cspohio.org
