The Massillon Educational Loan Foundation - Any student living in the Western Stark County School districts of Fairless, Jackson, Massillon, Northwest, Perry, and Tuslaw and graduates from one of the public or private schools in those districts is eligible to apply for a loan. The student must be accepted at an accredited post secondary institution. Students who have completed two or three years of post secondary education are given preference over those just starting post secondary school. www.melf.org
