2007 Malone College Alumni Baseball Game

October 6, 2007The annual Malone College Alumni Baseball Game was held on Saturday, October 6, 2007. Festivities began with a Home Run Hitting Contest. Following that, the assembled alumni played the 2007/08 Malone College Pioneers baseball team in a seven inning contest. Afterwards, lunch was served at the field. ** Special note - This was be last baseball game ever played on the site of long-time Bob Starcher Field at Malone College. The school will be using the land site to build new student dormitories. The baseball team will play their 2008 season home games at Thurman Munson Memorial Stadium in Canton. In 2009, Malone College will debut a new on-campus baseball field. It will be located on the northwest corner of the college campus near the Johnson Center.
