Help Desk Analyst - Info Tech

Malone College, a Christian College for the Arts, Sciences, and Professions is seeking a full-time HELP DESK ANALYST – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES DEPARTMENT.  This is an entry level position.  College degree in computer related field is beneficial.  Responsibilities include providing first-level support for software, hardware, and networking issues for faculty, staff, and students.  Excellent customer service skills are required.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.  Must be comfortable working with people in a friendly/professional manner, and practice professional phone etiquette.  Must be detail-oriented and able to carry out multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Must be in harmony with the mission and goals of Malone College.  Send cover letter, resume, and references by November 20, 2007 to Malone College,
