Malone Baseball Team To Host Coaches Clinic December 8th

On Saturday, December 8, 2007, the Malone College Baseball Team will be holding a Baseball Coaching Clinic. The clinic will be held at McKinley Grand Hotel in downtown Canton, Ohio.

Guest speakers will include Rick Rembielak – Head Baseball Coach at Wake Forest University, Scott Stricklin – Head Baseball Coach at Kent State University, Rich Donnelly – Third Base Coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Mike Birkbeck – Former Major League Baseball Pitcher and Pitching Coach at Kent State University, Jeff Wallace – Former Major League Baseball Pitcher, John Massarelli – Head Baseball Coach for the Washington Wild Things, Tom Crank – Head Baseball Coach at Malone College, Dave Jones – Hitting Coach at Malone College, Mike Grady – Pitching Coach at Malone College, and Trent McIlvain – Infield Coach at Malone College.

Topics covered will include fundamentals and drills in the areas of Pitching, Catching, Hitting, Infield, Outfield, Base Running, Coaching 3rd Base, and more. In addition, you will receive an outline of each instructor’s presentation to take home and apply right away!

Tickets for the coaches’ clinic are still available. An all-day ticket costs $75.00 and entitles bearer admission to all coaching seminars, free lunch, and clinic T-shirt.
