Mason’s Paul Traxler To Play Soccer For Malone College Paul Traxler, of Mason and a 2008 graduate of Mason High School, has recently signed a letter of intent to attend Malone College in the fall and play soccer for the Pioneers. The 5’8” forward/defender lettered four years in soccer while at Mason.Traxler received awards while playing at Mason he was 1st Team all GMC, Cincinnati Enquirer Honorable Mention All City. Traxler also is the third all-time leading scorer at Mason and he also scored the third-most goals in a season at Mason. Traxler’s 2008 team accomplishments include going undefeated and earning the GMC and district championships. In addition, the team was first in city (Cincinnati) and fourth in state (D1). The 2006 and 2007 Mason squads earned the FAVC championships. Academically, Traxler was an Academic All-Star from 2006-2008 and an AP Scholar. Traxler plans to major in Education and minor in Bible while at Malone. He is the son of Dave and Brenda Traxler of 9563 Falcon Lane, Mason.
