Pioneers Defeat Northwestern Ohio For First Win Of SeasonThe Malone College women's tennis team posted its first victory of the season last Saturday as it earned a close 5-4 victory over visiting University of Northwestern Ohio. With the win, Malone now stands at 1-7 overall on the season (0-1 AMC).
With the team currently at only five players, the #6 singles and #3 doubles spots were forfeited but the Pioneers still pulled out the victory.

This week, Malone (1-7, 0-1 AMC) will compete at Ohio Dominican University on Monday (4:00 p.m.) and at Ursuline College on Wednesday (11:30 a.m.) before finishing out the week at home against Roberts Wesleyan (NY) College on Friday (3:00 p.m.). |
