St. Peter's Kelly Anatra To Play Basketball For Malone College
Kelly Anatra, of Crestline and a 2008 graduate of St. Peter’s High School, has recently signed a national letter of intent to attend
Malone
College
this fall and play basketball for the Pioneers.
Anatra, a 5’10” guard, lettered four years in basketball, four years in soccer, and four years in softball for the Spartans, collecting numerous awards throughout her high school career. She earned 3rd team All-
Ohio
, 1st team Northwest District, Player of the Year in District 6, 1st team Mansfield News Journal and Player of the Week for the Mansfield News Journal. A team captain for two years, she eclipsed 1000 points for her career. She led her team to four district titles and one regional title and she also led her team to a state final four appearance. She also helped her soccer team earn one sectional title and her softball team earned two sectional titles. Academically, she earned Seconds Honors recognition St. Peter’s.
Anatra plans to major in either Biology or Chemistry at Malone. She is the daughter of Mike and Cathy Anatra of 104 W.
