Planning & Evaluation: Malone University Strategic Initiatives 2010-2012
Malone University Strategic Initiatives (MUSI) is a blueprint of themes, strategies, and specific tasks which will lead Malone to new frontiers of innovation in all aspects of the university experience.
With our mission statements acting as both guides and filters, MUSI is a summative expectation of all stakeholders of the Malone community as to the direction the University should take in the coming years.
In order to assess how Malone is performing in relation to stated initiatives, our Strategic Plan has a companion – MUSI Performance Indicators – as a separate document. The assessment and evaluation of indicators will enable Malone to monitor progress toward the fulfillment/realization of specific strategic initiatives.
