Friday - July 25

6 a.m.        
Luxury motor coach equipped with lavatory and video will depart from Malone University for your trip

2 p.m.
Arrive in New York, meet your tour manager

2 p.m.
Free time to explore in Times Square, have lunch, and shop

3:30 p.m.
Depart and walk to your next stop

4 p.m.
Head up to the 70th floor observatory at the Top of the Rock to enjoy a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline

5:30 p.m.
Depart and walk to your next stop

6 p.m.
Dinner at Ellen's Stardust Diner; wait staff will entertain you as they sing popular show tunes while serving you dinner

8 p.m.
See a Broadway show – Aladdin , mezzanine seating

10:45 p.m.
Board the bus for the hotel

11:30 p.m.
Arrive at your hotel and check in

Saturday - July 26


8 a.m.

8:30 a.m.
Board motor coach and depart the hotel for the day

9:30 a.m.
Visit Central Park; Imagine Memorial to John Lennon at Strawberry Fields, Bethesda Fountain, the Boathouse, the Mall, Sheep Meadow and the Wollman Ice Rink

11 a.m.
Head down Fifth Avenue to see some of the famous stores and boutiques:

2 p.m.
See a Broadway show – Wicked , orchestra seating

6 p.m.
Family style Italian meal at Carmine's

Saturday - July 26

7:30 p.m.
Free time to explore in Times Square or see an additional Broadway show or your choice (not included)

11 p.m.
Return to your hotel for the evening

Sunday - July 27

New World Trade Center

8:30 a.m.

9 a.m.
Check out of your room; board the motor coach for Manhattan

10 a.m.
Depart on the ferry for Ellis Island - fantastic views of the Statue of Liberty and a chance to visit the Immigration Museum. Ellis Island served as the main port of entry for European immigrants arriving in the US between 1892 and 1924. Today more than 100 million Americans can trace their lineage to a relative that passed through Ellis Island on their way to America

1:30 p.m.
Arrive at the 9/11 Memorial located at the site of the World Trade Center – must pass through security. See the large granite waterfalls that sit in the foot print of the former twin towers where names of the victims are engraved around the perimeter of the fountains

2:30 p.m.
Board your motor coach in New Jersey at Liberty State Park and begin the return trip home

11 p.m.
Approximated arrival time back at Malone University

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required by March 21 to reserve a space.

Non-refundable installments are due May 1 ($273) and June 1 (final balance).

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) is not included and can be purchased for an additional cost. Trip cancellation insurance enables individuals to cancel their trip at any time due to a family or medical emergency and receive a full-refund, or cancel for any other reason at least 48 hours prior to departure and receive a 75% refund.

Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased on an individual basis during online registration and is highly recommended. Travel insurance must be purchased within 15 days of making the initial deposit.

ETA reserves the right to cancel a program that does not enroll to a minimum level. In such an occurrence, full refund of payments made will be offered. If ETA determines, for safety purposes, that it must cancel a program due to political unrest, civil strikes, etc., ETA will do its best to offer a similar alternative program. If such a comparable program is offered and refused by the enrolled, ETA is not obligated to refund deposits or final payments for any reason.


Lodging will be provided in group lodging facilities or budget hotels. At hotels, individuals will be responsible for incidental charges (e.g. phone, room service, etc.)

Age Limit

Due to the nature of this tour, it is open to Malone alumni, students and parents (and their guests), faculty and staff, and family members 12 years and older.
