Who We Are:
 
Caring and dedicated Christian Career Development professionals prepared to assess and meet your career-readiness needs wherever you are in the process. Freshmen through seniors, whether you need help figuring out a major, understanding how internships work or learning how to start a  job search we will assist you step-by-step. We are committed to helping you succeed  in college - and in life after Malone.
 
What We Do:
While not a "placement service", we effectively equip students with the necessary skills to prepare>connect>transition.   
  • Assist and encourage students in their efforts to decide on a major by clarifying interests, values and skills
  • Inspire and educate students from freshmen to seniors regarding internship/career possibilities
  • Provide responsive assistance to students(freshman through seniors), graduates and alumni
  • Explain and interpret interest and skill testing/assessment instruments 
  • Offer practical counsel from a Christ-centered perspective based on unchanging Biblical principles
  • Meet in scheduled one-on-one appointments, in groups, class presentations and/or workshops/events
  • Help each student further identify, develop and articulate their skills, abilities and God given talents
  • Develop internship/career opportunities via  strong faculty/staff, employer, and community relationships
  • Provide quality resources and effective tools so our students will be fully equipped to conduct a successful job search or pursue further education
  • Aid site visitors in career planning, exploring internship opportunities, developing sound job search strategies, building a professional resume, establish reliable interview skills, and more. This site will also assist those who are pursuing graduate school for advanced study.
