Facility Rental Rates

  Catering needs on campus are provided by AVI Fresh, Malone's contracted food service provider. 

If you are using Malone University's network, you may check room availability (on campus only).

Additional Fees:

Canton Auxiliary Police:

  • $84 three hour flat rate when parking exceeds 200 cars.
  • Additional Malone Safety personnel: $25/hour per safety officer

Event Services Audiovisual Support Fees:

  • $25 per hour/sound technician (minimum one hour charge)
  • $25 per hour/video technician (upon availability)

Catering Rates:

  • Provided by contacting AVI Fresh –call  330-471-8497
      • Catering on campus must be provided by AVI Fresh per contractual agreement. AVI Fresh has the first right of refusal for catering requests.
      • All menus should be finalized two weeks prior to your event
