Additional Fees:

Canton Auxiliary Police:

  • $84 three hour flat rate when parking exceeds 200 cars.
  • Additional Malone Safety personnel: $25/hour per safety officer

Media Services:

  • $25 per hour/sound technician (minimum 1 hour charge)
  • $25 per hour/video technician (upon availability)

Catering Rates:

  • Provided by contacting AVI Fresh –call  330.471.8497
      • Catering on campus must be provided by AVI Fresh per contractual agreement. AVI Fresh has the first right of refusal for catering requests.
      • All menus should be finalized two weeks prior to your event
