Experience
2003-Present: Professor, Malone University; teaching Middle Level education and graduate courses. Directing the graduate education programs.
1999-2003: Associate Professor, Grove City College; teaching science methods and educational foundations. Supervising secondary mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology student teachers. Developed partnerships with two schools in conjunction with field studies in elementary science methods.
1995-1999: Visiting Assistant Professor; The Ohio State University; Department of Integrated Teaching and Learning. Teaching science methods in OSU's M.Ed. program and graduate level courses in science education, developmental psychology, and foundations of education. Conducting research in reform-based partnerships between teachers and science professionals, in problem-based learning, and in mentoring of beginning teachers.
1997-98 Project Discovery Instructor; Project Discovery - Ohio Systemic Science Initiative; Coordinating and instructing Physics-by-Inquiry summer institute for middle level and high school teachers.
