The following Malone University students reigned over Homecoming festivities this past weekend as the 2011 Homecoming king, queen, and court. Congratulations to:
Freshman attendants: Jacylin Gorcheff, a freshman nursing major from Salem; and Nathan Thomas, a freshman nursing major from Dover;
Sophomore attendants: Julia Barber, a sophomore psychology major from North Canton; and Akash Negi, a sophomore integrated language arts major from Akron;
Junior attendants: Abigail Cozad, a junior nursing major from Norton; and Jonathan Winkleman, a junior nursing major from Lima;
Senior attendants: Hannah McCormish, a senior early childhood education major from Cardington; Laurel Weir, a senior communication arts major from Canton;
John Dolence, a nursing major from Kirtland; and Levi Frederitz, a community health education major from Bluffton.
The 2011 Homecoming king is Ebiowei Porbeni, a senior nursing major from Chicago, Ill.; and Sara Shoup, a senior communication arts major form Smithville, was crowned the 2011 Malone University Homecoming queen.
