kerri pomarolliThe Malone University Student Activities Council (SAC) will host popular comedians and husband and wife team Ron McGehee and Kerri Pomarolli on February 8 – 9.

Wednesday, February 8:

Free to Malone; $5 general public at the door

Thursday, February 9:

Kerri Pomarolli is an accomplished actress, published author and veteran of television with credits that include 28 appearances on The Tonight Show, Comedy Central, recurring roles on Port Charles and Young and the Restless, and Lifetime Network. She has been a popular guest on many TV shows on Fox, TBN, CBN, The Total Living Network, ABC, ABC Family Network, The Joni Show, CNN Headline News Showbiz Tonight, Hallmark Channel, Pre-Show Host GMA/Dove Awards and many others.
Kerri and husband comedian Ron McGehee appeared on the Oxygen Network's hit reality show, Tori and Dean: Inn Love and starred in and co-produced a pilot with Ron, produced by Eastgate Productions. The pilot, www.ilovekerri.tv, demonstrates both their comedic ability to interact as they take on the task of home improvement. I Love Kerri premiered on Sky Angel.
Kerri also writes an advice column in national magazines, is a contributing writer for the magazine Hope For Women, writes articles for the Teen magazine Brio, is a contributing writer in Flint Wainess' new book, It's Not Me It's You. Her book, If I Am Waiting On God, Then What Am I Doing In A Christian Chatroom? Confessions Of A Do It Yourself Single" is in Christian bookstores nationally, and was released to reach a secular audience under the title Boys Like Girls Named Jennie.

Ron McGehee has headlined at such venues as the World Famous Improv Comedy Clubs and The Comedy Store. He has appeared on Funny Farm TV and was a premier performer honored on KNBC Channel 4 News in Los Angeles for Asian-American History Month. McGehee was a finalist in the NBC Laugh Factory Latino/Asian-American Comedy Showcase and in the 2002 "Orange County's Funniest Person Contest" where he went on to win in 2003. He has also appeared on NBC's Last Comic Standing 2 as a finalist. McGehee has appeared on The Joni Lamb Show on DayStar, JCTV, ABC Family Channel's Living the Life, Si TV, Comedy Central, TBN and TLN promoting his brand of innovative Clean Comedy.
