6283-NASA Speaker Addresses Waves

Members of the Alpha Gamma chapter of Sigma Zeta, a national science, math, and computer science honor society at Malone University will welcome John Goodrich, Ph.D., a research mathematician from the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland on Thursday, February 23 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. in Regula Hall, room 208, on the campus located at 2600 Cleveland Avenue N.W. in Canton.

Goodrich's presentation is entitled "Introducing Waves: a brief introductory talk about waves." He specializes in acoustics, and will talk about typical wave phenomena and methods for solving their associated problems.

Malone University, a Christian university for the arts, sciences, and professions in the liberal arts tradition, affiliated with the Evangelical Friends Church, awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees in more than 100 academic programs.
