6322-Malone University to Host Spring Social Work Conference

Malone University's campus will be the site of the OCASWE Ohio College Association of Social Work Educators conference on Friday, April 20. Approximately 90 social work majors from across the state of Ohio will be in attendance. Participants will make presentations regarding the following topics:
Meeting the Population Where They Are At: Listening to the Voices of the Hispanic Community in a Small Town in Rural Ohio
No Child Left Behind: State Accountability for Adequate Yearly Progress: presented by Malone University student, Geraldine Allen, a senior social work major from Canton.

Mental Illness in China
Improving Programs at Our Internship Agencies: Practical Results from Research
