The Malone University football staff is hosting its annual youth football camp from 9-11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12-Thursday, June 14 in the Professional Football Hall of Fame field at Fawcett Stadium. Camp features include daily instruction on passing, blocking, catching, route running, ball security, position technique, pass defense, run defense, pursuit, position technique, ball strip, and stance.
Join Malone University head Football Coach Eric Hehman and his Pioneer coaching staff for some of the best football instruction in the Stark County area. Each camper will have an opportunity to play every position and develop both offensive and defensive skills.
The three-day camp is designed for children ages 8-13. Each camper will receive a free t-shirt and ticket to a Pioneer home football game.
Coach Hehman will deliver a "Theme of the Day" talk. A typical day will also include fun team builder games, flag football, and fundamental position specific drills.
Early pre-registration prior to May 30 is $60; late registration from May 30 - June 12 is $70. "Walk-in / day-of" fee is $75.
