The 2012 Stark County College and Career Fair – hosted by the Stark County Educational Service Center and Malone University – will take place Tuesday, October 2 from 6-8 p.m. in the Canton Memorial Civic Center Auditorium, located at 1101 Market Ave North in Canton. The event is free and open to the public. There will be free parking available in the Civic Center parking deck.
The fair is geared for Stark County high school students and their parents or guardians to explore higher educational opportunities in Stark County.
Malone University will host financial aid sessions explaining the financial aid process. The sessions will be held at 6:15 and 7:15 p.m. Admissions representatives from more than 100 colleges – as well as representatives from the military services -- will be in attendance. The fair offers the opportunity for students to ask questions and gather valuable information concerning their higher education choices.
