6451-Malone University professors awarded best presentation of the region at conference

Malone University School of Business & Leadership faculty members Laura Foote (left) and Jamillee Krob, both instructors of management studies, were awarded "Best of the Region" for their recent presentation, "Teaching Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility through Service Learning Projects" at the ACBSP regional conference, in Schaumburg, Ill.
ACBSP is the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Program and is the Malone University accrediting body for Business, the MBA, Sport Management, and Malone Management Program.
The recognition means that the two will be representing the Great Lakes Council in the 2013 ACSBP International Best of Regions Presentation Award competition in Brussels, Belgium, November 29-December 1, 2013. In addition, Malone University is scheduled to host the Fall 2013 Region 4 conference next October.
Malone University, a Christian university for the arts, sciences, and professions in the liberal arts tradition, affiliated with the Evangelical Friends Church, awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees in more than 100 academic programs.
