Coursework focuses on problem-solving through business theory and practice.  Students have the option of taking this program one night a week from 6pm to 10pm for 24 months or completely online for 20 months.

M.A. in Organizational Leadership. This degree is designed to focus on the human component of organizations, developing inspirational leaders who understand how to impact vision and high ethical standards into their organization. The program can be completed in as little as 16-months or an individual schedule can be developed that meets the needs and goals of an individual student.
