Malone University Center for Professional Development – School of Education and Human Development to offer teacher education workshops on campus and online throughout summer months

The Malone University Center for Professional Development within the School of Education and Human Development will offer teacher education workshops for continuing education credits throughout the summer. Many workshops will be offered online as well as on the campus located at 2600 Cleveland Avenue N.W. in Canton.

Topics include art, counseling, culture/poverty awareness, language arts, mathematics, music, science, teaching methods/strategies, technology. Classes meet 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday unless noted.

Cost is $210 per graduate credit hour. An additional fee of $21 will be added per credit hour for online classes.

The Malone University Center for Professional Development offers quality workshops for educators with a variety of topics both online and in the classroom. We strive to be relevant and timely, meeting the needs of area teachers with topics such as common core, differentiation, mentoring and evaluation initiatives, and content specific workshops for teaching strategies, reading, the arts, technology and many more.
