Malone University to hold tailgate party against hunger

School of Business and Leadership: The Malone University student group ENACTUS is teaming up with Kiwanis Clubs of Louisville, Canton, and Belden Village, along with the Stark County Hunger Task Force to present the fourth annual Tailgate Against Hunger when the Malone Pioneers take on the University of Findley Oilers Saturday, November 9 at 12 noon, Fawcett Stadium in Canton, OH. The students are collecting canned food items along with monetary donations to help the hungry in Stark County. The Stark County Hunger Task Force will then be able to purchase 7lbs of food for every dollar donated! Malone Enactus is also partnering with Canton City Middle Schools, Lehman and Crenshaw, to conduct canned good collections leading up to the game. Malone Enactus and the Malone football team are hosting a milk jug campaign on campus to encourage donations from Malone students and faculty.

Fans bringing a canned good or monetary donation to the game will receive 50% off the price of admission.
