From Zach Vinson's website:
Zach Vinson grew up just outside of Sheboygan, Wis., and started playing piano at age 8. At 14, he joined his first band. At 19, he moved to Michigan and started playing a few songs of his own, but says he was too afraid to sing them for anyone. At 20, Zach put out his first solo album under the moniker Aching Wings – which sold out!
At 21, Zach began performing under his own name, releasing Cracked Open the following year. At 23, he says he married "the best friend I ever had" and the newlyweds soon moved to Nashville, Tenn., where they continue to live. The next year, Zach released The Streets Will Turn to Streams.
