Malone University recent survey shows high scores in student and parent satisfaction

Malone University received more good news recently with the release of survey results examining indicators of students and parent satisfaction. According to the Student and Parent Satisfaction Inventories, conducted by consulting firm Noel-Levitz, students and their parents are highly satisfied customers. The survey researched several indicators from the years 2005 through 2013 that demonstrate parent and student satisfaction across the board.
Malone is Becoming an Institution of First Choice among Students
The survey showed a steady increase in students naming Malone University as their first choice, and a steady decline in naming Malone as a third choice.
Malone is Able to Meet Student Expectations
The importance students placed on campus services increased at all levels from 2009 to 2013. According to the study, Malone University students are satisfied with all aspects of these campus services they consider highly important.
Malone University is Strong Compared to Peer Groups
Compared with Council of Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) and National Four-Year Private Universities (N4YPU), Malone is strong in both parent and student satisfaction.
Students and Parents: Students and parents of Malone University are most satisfied with campus services.
Students: Malone students are particularly satisfied with academic advising.
Parents: Parents of Malone students are most satisfied with the hospitality of campus visits and commitment to racial harmony.
Malone Chooses Path of Continuous Improvement
In comparing results from 2009 and 2013, Malone University shows steady growth in all levels of student satisfaction. In addition, compared with the Institution's peers, Malone is strong in critical areas of student and parent satisfaction. University officials responded, "While it is appropriate to celebrate these strengths, it is also our commitment to work diligently toward continuous improvement in satisfaction levels of our students and their parents."
