Malone to host Worldview Forum: Women in Leadership: Christian Perspectives

Malone University will host the Worldview Forum, "Women in Leadership: Christian Perspectives" on Tuesday, April 4 at 7 p.m. in the Johnson Center Dining Room (JC 106) located on Malone's campus at 2600 Cleveland Avenue NW. Proponents are Rev. Scott Wright, Ph.D., pastor of Redeemer Church (PCA) and Suzanne Nicholson, Ph.D., professor of Biblical Studies at Malone University. Moderator is Laura Foote, Ed.D., assistant professor of Management Studies.
Rev. Scott Wright earned a B.A. from Princeton University, a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the founding and senior pastor of Redeemer Church (PCA) where he has served for the past 22 years. He is an adjunct faculty member at Malone University, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy and Heritage Classical Academy. He has been married Linda for 27 years and they have seven children.
Suzanne Nicholson is professor of Biblical Studies at Malone University, where she serves as chair of the Department of Bible, Theology, & Ministry. She earned her Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from the University of Durham, her M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, and her B.A. in Journalism, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. In addition to various articles, Nicholson has published the book, Dynamic Oneness: The Significance and Flexibility of Paul’s One-God Language. She is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church and serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry in the East Ohio Annual Conference of the UMC. She is married to Lee, a youth pastor, and they have two children.
Laura Foote is assistant professor of Management Studies and Prior Learning Assessment Coordinator. She earned a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. from The University of Akron, and an Ed.D. from Regent University. She is the author of numerous articles and scholarly works regarding faith, adult learners, and women in leadership.
