Who does what:
Suzanne Thomas, Director of University Relations
Suzie oversees all University communications: print, electronic, broadcast, and website. She performs the public relations function for the University including community relations as well as traditional and social media relations. Suzie has served Malone University since 1990.She attended Kent State University - Stark Campus and graduated from Miami University (bachelor's degree) and Regent University (master's degree). She holds the APR (Accredited in Public Relations) designation, is a published author, and has won numerous professional awards.

Dave Yakley, Director of Design
Dave oversees the visual identity of the University. He provides direction and creative services primarily for print publications, but for the website as well. Dave has served Malone University since 1999 and is a 1995 alumnus. He has a master's degree from the University of Baltimore. He has won numerous awards for his primary publication, Malone Magazine (the alumni magazine) and is an elected board member of the University & College Designers Association (UCDA) and of the Canton Advertising Federation Board. Dave also teaches for the Department of Communication Arts at Malone University.

Amber Balash, Content Manager for Publications & Website
Amber is responsible for content in print publications and Malone University's website, www.malone.edu. She is editor of the award-winning Malone Magazine (the alumni magazine) and also received professional awards for her work as a news reporter. Amber has worked at Malone University since late 2001 and is a 2000 alumna. She teaches for the Gen 100 Program, The College Experience, is co-adviser for the student group, be:Justice, and is on the Worldview Forum Committee.

Michael Miller, Web Administrator
Michael is the system administrator for Malone's website content management system and also is responsible for custom web development and web analytics. Michael is a graduate of Mercyhurst College (bachelor's degree) and Ohio University (master's degree). He has served Malone University since 2009. A work to which he contributed to, Khirbat Iskander Final Report on the Early Bronze IV Area C "Gateway" and Cemeteries, was awarded a Biblical Archaeology Society Publication Award in the category Best Scholarly Book on Archaeology.

Jennifer Holloway, Graphic Designer
Jennifer assists with design services, especially providing design for the website, special programming, and the Worldview Forum Series. She also contributes to award-winning projects such as Malone Magazine. She is a graduate of Anderson University. Jennifer has served Malone University since 2002.

Angela Fleischer, Videographer
Angela provides video camera and editing support for events and website purposes. She is a graduate of Kent State University. Angela served Malone University in a full-time capacity since 2005, and has served University Relations in a part-time role since 2011. Her videos have aired on Fox Sports, PBS, CNN, and QVC.
