Hong Kong-China Service Learning Trip 2012

Details: We will work with Malone alums Dave and Cindy Aufrance as we explore Hong Kong and the work that OMS International is doing. The Hong Kong portion of the trip will include volunteering at Crossroads International where we'll take part in their Global Experience initiatives. We'll spend 5 days in Mainland China working with MMM International and their partners. Because this is also a Study Abroad trip, students have the option to take the 3 credit GEN 225 (Global Connections: Hong Kong and China) course on campus two weeks before the trip, which will involve, among other reading and writing assignments, a paper to be completed at the end of the trip.
