Vice President for Finance & Business Affairs
Malone University, a Christian university for the arts, sciences and professions in the liberal arts tradition, seeks an experienced and innovative chief financial officer to play a strategic role as a unifying leader on campus. The Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Christian faith and Christian higher education.
Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and assistant treasurer of the University. The VP for Finance and Business Affairs is the administrative liaison to the Board of Trustees Finance and Audit Committee and participates, under the direction of the president and in collaboration with the University Collegium, in formulating broad strategic and managerial policies and decisions across all areas of the University. The Vice President seeks to engender appropriate access to and understanding of financial information and other resources throughout the institution in the university’s shared efforts to steward resources toward maximal missional impact and student-centered outcomes.
