Assistant Professor of Nursing and Director of Nursing Academic and Clinical Support

Summary:
The candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring, professional development, and scholarship, along with an articulated dedication to the Christian faith and the integration of faith and learning. Candidates who have college teaching experience, both on-ground and online are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Academic and Practice Support Services housed within the school of nursing.
- Advise and mentor students.
- Engage in scholarship and community service.
- Serve on departmental & institutional committees.
- Provide up to 8 hours of didactic instruction per semester in the undergraduate major and/or, depending upon credentials and experience, the MSN program.
Required Qualifications:

Unencumbered Registered Nurse license for the State of Ohio (or eligibility for same upon transfer from another state).

Minimum of a MSN, national certification(s) preferred.

Three or more years of full-time work experience (part-time work will be prorated) in a focused clinical practice area.
