Application for Major reference

Students should use this form to obtain references for their application to the major process.

By the end of the spring semester of the sophomore year the student must, among other requirements, submit a reference letter to the department chair. Ideally this should be from a social worker or social service personnel.

To gain full admission into the social work program the student must, among other requirements, submit two additional letters of reference to the department chair. These must be from someone in the community and a person of the student's own choosing.
