Dan Carmany `20, Admissions Counselor for Athletes

Dan works with prospective student-athletes as a liaison with coaches and the Athletic Department.

As the Admissions Counselor for Athletics, it is my goal to share my story with prospective athletes as I help them transition from high school to collegiate competition. This is a huge leap, but one that is incredibly rewarding for those who remain committed. Ultimately, I hope to prepare every student-athlete for successful growth in body, mind, and spirit throughout their Malone experience.

The Malone community is a warm, welcoming home for hundreds of athletes. Our coaches and faculty work together, going above and beyond to support students on the competition field and in the classroom.

I was a four-year cross country and track & field athlete at Malone, and I carry with me a love and respect for the Malone tradition that I hope to pass along to future generations of Malone athletes. If you want to know what Malone is all about, or if you have a question about becoming a student-athlete at Malone, email me at dcarmany@malone.edu or send me a text at 330-471-8144, and I will be happy to share my story with you.
