EFC-ER Annual Meeting Lodging Request Form

Thank you for choosing Malone University for your lodging needs!

We look forward to welcoming your group to campus July 12 - 14, 2024 (WOOLMAN HALL)

Please anticipate arrival and check-in times as listed below:

  • Friday, July 12 Myer's Lounge Lobby (Check-in time is between 3:00 - 7:00pm)

Check-out times as listed below:

  • Sunday, July 14 (Myer's Lounge Lobby, 2:00 pm)

Reservations and payment must be secured no later than June 21.

Lodging rates (two night minimum stay) are $109.00 per room per stay ($100.00 per room per night, plus 9% lodging tax, which is applied to all payments upon submission).  Each guest room consists of two twin XL beds and restrooms are community style.

Linen Rental Packets are optional and can be ordered for $25.00 per linen packet plus 6.5% sales tax.  ALL LINEN ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY JUNE 21 FOR MALONE TO SECURE LINEN WITH THE EXTERNAL COMPANY.
