Kara Kaelber, Ph.D., PCC-S, is an Assistant Professor in the Counselor Education Program at Malone University and is also a Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Dr. Kara Kaelber received her Masters of Arts in Education degree in Community Counseling from Malone University in 2001 and completed her doctoral studies in the Counselor Education and Supervision Program at The University of Akron in 2008. Dr. Kaelber has provided clinical counseling services to individuals and families for several years in an agency setting, in school settings, in a faith-based private practice setting, and currently at her church. In 2006, Dr. Kara Kaelber was awarded the Chi Sigma Iota Outstanding Practitioner Award at The University of Akron and was also awarded the Chi Sigma Iota International Outstanding Practitioner Award at the American Counseling Association Convention in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Kaelber had been an adjunct faculty member of Malone University since 2004 and was employed as an adjunct faculty member at The University of Akron and at Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine from 200
