There are many ways for all students - resident or commuter, first-year or transfer, shy or outgoing - to get involved in campus activities and organizations.
Try something new!
Here's a link to Malone's most active organizations and clubs. Every year on Wednesday of the first week of classes at 4:30 p.m., there will be an event called, "Rush."
A picnic dinner is free to all students (residents AND commuters), and you'll be able to speak with student and faculty/staff representatives about your area of interest, ask questions, sign up for more information, get freebies, talk with current group members, and find out when meetings are held.
This is a great way to meet new friends and for you to start getting involved in the Malone community.
Dinner that evening will be a cookout (open to residents and commuters!) and is the last Orientation event so there's no way you'll miss it!
