Application Requirements, Fees, and Deadlines

We are currently taking applications for the 2018 academy. All of the following are required:

Part A- Student Application


Part B- Mentor Application

(Each student needs to have a mentor from their home church who is willing to work with the student on a service project after the June academy is completed. This mentor can be a pastor, youth pastor, or lay leader.)

Part C- Registration form for youth pastors

Who wish to attend with their youth group (optional)

Part D- Registration Fees

(We recommend that the camper and the sponsoring church split the cost; please work with your mentor to determine who will post the payment.)

Early Bird deadline - register and pay by December 31 and your total cost is $250
Standard Registration - $350 on a first come, first served basis (until camp is full)

Scholarships are available! Please contact the program director for more information.

Any youth pastor who wishes to attend the camp with their youth and serve as their group's camp counselor may do so for a fee of $200

Part E- Release Form and Behavior Expectations Form

(Must be completed before you can move into the residence halls.)


Refund policy:

Students who choose to withdraw on or before May 25 will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 25, 2018.
