Developed in partnership with Morgan Engineering and Ohio Gratings, Inc., Malone’s welding program is designed to prepare you for immediate employment in manufacturing and construction. Program courses will prepare you to be job-ready in positions including fabrication, welding, inspection, repair, supervision and management.

  • Complete your bachelor’s degree while gaining relevant experience through Malone’s Learn & Earn program. 
  • Prepare to take The American Welding Society exam to excel in the welding job of your choice.

Learn and Earn at Malone will connect you with our partner organizations so that you can continue gaining real-world experience while you earn your degree. You can work up to 29 hours a week for 40 weeks while attending classes on a schedule that compliments your Learn and Earn opportunity.
