The Malone University Office of Multicultural Services (OMS) is excited to welcome the reunion of gospel style worship music from the One Voice Gospel Choir on April 25, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the Johnson Center of Worship and Fine Arts.

Founded in 1999, the One Voice Gospel Choir was organized with 10 students under the direction of Brenda Stevens, former director of the OMS at Malone, and student director, now pastor, Giles Foster IV. Although the choir experienced a small start, it eventually grew to fruition, reaching 45 unique voices under the guidance of Foster. The vision of One Voice is to embody a ministry focused on worship experiences that manifest the presence of God through performance that captivates His salvation, healing, and deliverance for all.

“We are excited to welcome the return of the One Voice Gospel Choir Student Director, Pastor Giles Foster IV, the founding Director of the OMS, Brenda Stevens, and other esteemed alums who are returning to campus to worship with us,” said Andrea Ramsey, current director of the OMS.  “We can’t wait to celebrate the rich history of gospel music, legacy, and impact the choir has had here at Malone.”

The One Voice Gospel Choir’s performance of “Redeeming The Time” is open to the public at no cost, but a freewill offering will be collected.
